Japanese Video 2

This is a song from the Virtual Idol Hoshimachi Suisei, who has appeared on Japanese radio, TV, and made an appearance on the highly acclaimed "The First Take" on YouTube who has Famous artist from all over japan sing a rendition of any song from their discography in one take. While this song isn't the one sang I do recommend listening to that video, the one Ive attached is from her album ビビデバ. I chose this song not only because of just how good and catchy it is, but because of the music video itself. The use of rotoscope animation is phenomenal, the blend of real and animation is great to see, but my final take away from this video is the choreography from the initial dance scene with the panning of the camera showing such fluidity, to specifically the final dance sequence outside the studio, its so expressive and expertly done.

Godzilla Movie

 A little late but I went out to Godzilla fest, I ended up staying for the first showing so I didn't get the chance to see Godzilla vs Ghidorah but I will say the movie was enjoyable, I like the concept of the oxygen destroyer, pretty cool it reminded me of the solution for defeating Godzilla in Godzilla Minus 0 with the whole scientist angle, also to quickly throw this out there I didn't like Emiko's character and how they handle the love side plot, sad in retrospect for Serizawa, I agreed with his reasoning for not wanting to releases the knowledge of his creation. But his fiance literally went behind his back and told his secret but also never told him about her wanting to break off the engagement. It almost felt like the movie gave her the easy way out instead of being upfront, also Seizawa knew and decided to not only sacrifice himself in order to get ride of any chance for the Oxygen to be recreated but also to give Emiko the chance to be happy and move on. I don't know if you can tell but despite briefly being in the movie I really liked Serizawa character his introduction was so good leaving you wondering who the man in the eye patch was, slowly sprinkling bits of his backstory, making you wonder if he was a bad guy just to then show you how much he cares to not repeat the mistakes of the past and the care for humanity by originally refusing to create a new weapon for humanity and instead find a way to use it for the better. How I would describe him, Understanding, Smart, and human.
